Campership Application
Now Accepting Campership Requests for Winter Camp!
A campership fund has been established to ensure youth from the Atlanta Area Council have the opportunity to participate in Summer Camp and Winter Camp. Camperships are awarded based on individual financial need. After the campership committee makes determinations, parents and unit leaders will be notified. We recommend submitting applications prior to April 1 for summer camp and November 1 for Winter Camp so the committee can meet to review applications. Applications submitted after that date are welcome and will be awarded based on funds available.

Scouts receiving a campership are encouraged and expected to write and return a thank you note prior to the end of camp.
In order to complete the request you will need your BSA Member Number in order to prove current registration with the Atlanta Area Council. You can find this in their Scoutbook profile. On their account select "Edit Profile" and scroll down about half way. The BSA Member Number is listed beside "BSA Member #". If you do not use Scoutbook, please contact your unit leadership to get their BSA Member Number.
Overnight Camperships are typically up to 50% of the total camp fees.
