Cub Scout & Webelos Adventure Camp

Adventure Camp is summer resident camp for Cub and Webelos Scouts at Bert Adams Scout Reservation.  This all-inclusive program includes camping in canvas wall tents, healthy meals in the air-conditioned dining hall, and access to modern shower and restroom facilities.  

There will be 7 sessions of Adventure Camp in 2013!

FAQs About Adventure Camp:

1)  What happened to the Wolf/Bear Encampment & Webelos Encampment programs?

Adventure Camp is the same program as the previous Wolf/Bear Encampment & Webelos Encampment. The name was changed in 2012 to better reflect the use of the new Adventure Camp facility and appeal to younger Scouts.  The 1/2 week sessions for Cub Scouts and Webelos are now being run at the same time, but the program is the same as in previous years.

2)  What kind of adult leadership is required for Adventure Camp?

  • For all Scouts the required minimum adult leadership provided by the unit is:
    1 Scout : 1 Parent
    2-4 Scouts : 2 Leaders
    5-8 Scouts : 3 Leaders
    9-12 Scouts : 4 Leaders

3)  What are the camp fees for 2013?

Cub & Webelos 1/2 Weeks $145* $65

* There is a $10 additional charge for Webelos II participating in Outback Adventure.
