2010 Friends of Scouting Campaign

Friends of Scouting helps secure the operating funds needed by the Atlanta Area Council to provide the many services offered to support unit programs, such as training, insurance, program materials, advancement materials, camping facilities and programs, council and district activities, and much more.

Help us celebrate the Boy Scouts of America's 100 Year Anniversary! Those that invest $300 or more through Friends of Scouting will receive a Special Edition 100th Anniversary Council Shoulder Patch as seen here.

Investors at the $500 and above level will receive a Limited Edition 100th Anniversary Council Shoulder Ghost Patch and the Special Edition 100th Anniversary Council Shoulder Patch.

Workplace/Matching Gifts - Increase Your Boy Scout Support

Many corporations match gifts made by their employees to the Boy Scouts. Some companies even give financial contributions on behalf of the time you give as a volunteer.  Click here to view some companies who have historically matched their employee's generosity.  If you do not see your employer here, please don't assume they do not participate in the matching gifts program; check with your human resources department for more information.
