The 2014 Spring Fling Weekend refund policy reads: Spring Fling is a pre-paid event. Any cancellation that exceeds 15% of the overall registration will forfeit an additional 25% of the amount to be refunded. Cancellations made prior to March 21 will receive a full refund (minus any penalties). Any cancellation made on March 21 through April 8 must submit a Refund Request Form to qualify for a 50% refund. Only requests meeting the criteria will be granted a 50% refund. Cancellations made in after April 8 will forfeit all fees paid. Refunds are not provided for weather. Refunds will be mailed to the name listed on the reservation in late April, and will be combined with other refunds due to the reservation minus any outstanding debts the unit owes the council.
