The person listed as the main contact is considered the account owner and is responsible for all payments and registrations made to this account. Spring Fling is a pre-paid registration event. Cancellations must be made by March 22 at 5pm to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this date, but prior to March 29 at 5pm will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after this date, but prior to April 4 at 5pm will receive a 25% refund. All cancellations made after 5pm on April 4 will not qualify for a refund. Cancellations made at any date, that reduce the overall registration size by more than 15% will be subject to an additional 25% cancellation penalty. All requests for refund must be submitted in writing using the Refund Request Form. Refunds are provided by check sent in the mail to the pack/person and address listed for payment on the account. Spring Fling is a rain or shine event; refunds are not given for weather conditions unless the event is cancelled.
