Details:

The Atlanta Area Council is a proud partner with the American Red Cross to provide CPR and basic first aid certifications to the Scouting community and general public.  CPR Saturday happens twice every year at the Boy Scouts Volunteer Service Center, once in December and once in the spring.  These certification days offer several certification levels and are open to anyone who is interested in participating. Three different certifications will be offered:

Adult CPR & AED- A 3 1/2 hour course detailing basic CPR concepts.  $45 per person.

Standard First Aid & CPR- A 5 hour course detailing basic first aid principles and includes Adult CPR & AED certification.  $55 per person.

CPR for the Professional Rescuer- An intense 8 hour course for lifeguards, emergency medical personnel, and other professional lifesavers.  $65 per person.

Lunch will not be provided so be sure to eat before you arrive!  These courses are fast-paced with few, short breaks.  You may want to bring snacks to keep you energized throughout the day!

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations may be made for a full refund by December 1. Cancellations made by December 8 will receive a 50% refund. All cancellations made after December 8 will not receive a refund. Be sure that all participants you register are signed up for the correct course and believe they can complete the course; refunds will not be granted for anyone who is signed up for the wrong course or does not complete the certification.
