Registration for Staff

Use this online form to submit your application to serve on staff at the 2013 Campout: Call to Action.  Payment is required at the time of application (must be made online using card or echeck).  All staff must have a completed Annual Medical Record as specified on the event's web page.

Instructions for Staff Registration:

1. Choose "Add New Participant" and enter all requested information.
2. For each staff member, click the "Campout 2013 Staff" link that now appears next to their name.  Complete all requested information for each staff member.
3. Click "Continue" to move on to the payment screen.
