	This form is for the reservation of Adventure Camp tents during the Spring Fling Weekend on April 5-7, 2013. This reservation only includes reservation of a camp tent and does NOT include event registration (click here for event registration).  Please read the following items before making a tent reservation: 
 

	
		Reservations for tents are first-come, first-served. All tent reservations must be paid for at the time of the reservation.
	
		Tents are $25 each for the weekend. Single night tent reservations are not made.
	
		Tents typically sleep 4 people in the built-in beds. 2 additional occupants can be added by sleeping on the floor.
	
		Individual families that reserve tents may not be camping near their pack.
	
		Refunds will not be made for cancellations to tent reservations unless the tent can be filled with a new reservation.
	
		All reservations are tentative until confirmed by the Program Department. Final confirmation may occur as late as 3 days prior to the event.
